Tainted

Being human, allof us have people we like and people whom we dun like. people who impress us and people whom will never get into our good books.

Recently, after the school exams, we have a few cheating cases on our hands and we are required to do investigations. Such investigations as to be done with the most neutral attitude and fair judgement.

We arn't talking abt points, pass or fail, grades and ranking. we are facing an issue of trust and will affect the students dramatically.  Will we as teachers, be able to put aside all the student's past and investigate base on the situation there and then? or will teachers allow themselves to be clouded by the tainted past that the student have and pass judgement based on the other teacher's statement and views? and most importantly, will we be able to face the students without looking at the tainted past at all?

personally, every student is a brand new page everyday. The kid themselves will start scribbling on that page the moment they wake up from bed. It's up to the adults ard them to help correct the mistakes they make on that page and remind them to be more tidy in their writing. at the End of the day, will the page be full of messy senseless scribbles or a piece of neatly written essay or simply a page of essay full of corrections, it's up to them, the students. and it's up to us to provide them guidance and support to help them make all those corrections.

We are teachers. We have the power to make a difference. We Can Make a difference in their live. So it all boils down to 1 last question... Do we want to make a difference?

I hope my existence can help make some changes in somebody's life for the better.
